2008 UTA BASEBALL SUMMER CAMPS
HIGH SCHOOL SHOWCASE CAMP
Date: May 26
Times: 9 a.m. to Noon; 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Grade-Age Range 9th Grade Through HS Graduates
Camp Info: This is a one-day camp that allows players to get a great deal of instruction and feedback from the UTA coaching staff. Campers will go through an extensive evaluation while gaining valuable instruction. In the afternoon session, games will be played to allow players to showcase their talents to UTA coaches
Tuition: $150
ALL-SKILLS CAMP
Date: June 9-12
Times: 9 a.m. to Noon
Grade-Age Range K-8th Grade
Camp Info: This camp is instructional oriented and will cover the fundamentals of the game, including: throwing mechanics, fielding techniques, hitting mechanics, defensive instruction, bunting techniques, baserunning and more. From the basics up to the more advanced skills, every level will get better.
Tuition: $130
COMPETITION CAMPS
Date: June 16-19; June 23-26
Times: 9 a.m. to Noon
Grade-Age Range K-8th Grade
Camp Info: Campers will be put on teams according to age and skill and will play games during this camp. Instruction will be given as the games unfold, as well as during designated instructional sessions.
Tuition: $130
All camps will take place at Clay Gould Ballpark on the corner of Park Row and Fielder in Arlington.
